Write to hello@blockline.city for anything: questions, feedback, bug reports, press, or a problem with your account. Expect a reply within a few days.
Discord
The Blockline Discord server is the quickest place to ask a question, share a city, report a bug or suggest a feature. New updates are announced there as they ship.
Reporting a bug
A good bug report says what you did, what you expected and what happened instead. Include your browser and device, and a screenshot if the problem is visual. If a city is involved, tell us the city's name and the email address of your account so we can find it.
Privacy and account requests
To get a copy of your data, correct it or delete your account and cities, email hello@blockline.city from the address on your account. The privacy policy explains what we hold and your rights.
