Our city has become a destination. Connect two train stations with track and give local producers a harbour. Four days of reliable operation will earn the regional airport charter.

What it unlocks
Completing it unlocks Airport, Hangar, Stadium, Theme park and Festival grounds.
How to approach it
Nine thousand residents and the first taste of mass transit. Five per cent of trips by transit means a working line: two train stations joined by unbroken Train track, or subway stations joined underground. Put stations where people actually live and work, at both ends of a busy commute, rather than at the edge of the map.
The Dock needs open coast so ships can reach it, which on some maps means planning the waterfront early. Keep happiness at sixty while you build: rail and docks are noisy neighbours, so give homes a buffer.
